VOC Emission Test Chamber for automotive industry acc. to ISO 12219-1:2012

N-Wissen GmbH intriduces a new VOC Emission Test Chamber according to the requirements of the standard ISO 12219-1:2012 “Interior air of road vehicles – Part 1: Whole vehicle test chamber – Specification and method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in cabin interiors”.

The chamber provides standard testing environment or simulates a real environment to test the pollutant emission rate and emission characteristics. Main environmental factors include temperature, relative humidity, illuminance, background concentration and air speed.

Ozone Resistant Test Chamber

In operation the rubber materials deteriorate when exposed to ozone. Thus it is vey important to have test methods in which simple, accelerated time/exposure, comparisons of the material’s ability to resist cracking caused by ozone exposure can be empirically evaluated.

High-efficient autoclaves for defoaming LCD panels

N-Wissen GmbH introduces the new generation of already very well known YYK series autoclaves amoung our customers across the whole Europe.
These autoclaves are used for high-efficient dispersing (purging) the residual air bubbles in cell panels after polarizer aligning process in LCD production. By applying uniform pressure while heating work piece in chamber, it not only removes bubbles but also increases adhesive strength in an instant.
It can also crush bubbles entrained during resin-molding of electronic components by pressurization and cure the resin by heating.

* Effective inner size: upon customers´ requirements; most common φ750×1200 L mm and φ900×1200 L mm
* Operating pressure: 0.5 Mpa (standard) or optionally 0.7-0.9 Mpa

Analytical HPLC Systems. The space-saving, modular design and the wide range of configuration options make this analytical HPLC ideal for routine analysis or methodology development in the laboratory. Precise drive technology of the HPLC pumps and high-pressure mixing ensure high gradient accuracy and short dead times. Flow range of 0.001 to 10 ml/min.

Semipreparative HPLC Systems. The semi-preparative HPLC systems are controlled by very powerful software. Besides easy method development and chromatogram processing, complete data documentation according to GLP guidelines is included. Flow range of 0.10 to 40 ml/min.

Preparative HPLC Systems. The preparative HPLC enables the isolation of mg to a multi-gram range within a very short time. The user-configurable liquid handling robot operating as autosampler and fraction collector facilitates the working process. Flow range of 0.50 to 5.0 liters/min.

RotoChromat Systems. The RotoChromat with its rotating column is optimal for distribution chromatography. It is used in the laboratory as well as in pilot plants and production.
